Marrakesh
Four-Day Private Celebration
A four-day private celebration based in a fully reserved riad in Marrakech.
The entire project was planned, prepared, and delivered within two weeks, including complex international logistics for guests arriving from multiple destinations.
The programme combined city and desert experiences, including private museum visits, lunches in hidden riads, market explorations, and a desert evening with a Berber-style dinner under the stars.
Evenings were structured around live music, dancers, drummers, and fire performances, integrated into the setting. Arabian horses were introduced as part of the experience, and the final night concluded with a fireworks display.
London
Corporate Experience
A two-day programme in London for the CEOs of a leading international company.
Guests were hosted in a 5-star hotel selected for its privacy and members club atmosphere. The experience included a casino-style dinner, individually tailored couture suits, and portrait sessions by Harcourt Studio, brought from Paris.
The programme was designed to combine structure, discretion, and a high level of personalisation.
Provence
Three-Day Celebration
A three-day multi-location celebration across a château and two boutique hotels in Provence.
The programme included a private dinner inside a cave with live performance, an evening in a medieval palace, and a final event in the vineyards. Guests were immersed in themed experiences, including curated Carnaval costumes, international artists, and the use of luxury cars across locations.
Each setting introduced a different atmosphere while remaining part of a continuous, well-paced experience.
Côte d’Azur
Two-Day Grand Celebration
A two-day private celebration centred around the transformation of an iconic villa on the Côte d’Azur.
The project involved complex logistics, with guests, production teams, and suppliers arriving from multiple international locations, all delivered within a tight timeframe.
The property was reconfigured overnight between events, creating a different setting each evening. The programme included Michelin-starred cuisine, international artists, live musicians, and large-scale production elements sourced globally.
Aerial performances involving helicopters and a plane were integrated into the experience, adding a distinct visual dimension.
London
Intimate Private Celebration
A private, small-scale celebration designed as a personal surprise.
A secluded area of a London park was transformed into a winter setting, with a constructed platform, handmade Christmas firs, and a traditional samovar.
Catering, décor, and guest comfort were tailored in detail, including customised elements such as valenki, blankets, and personalised touches throughout the experience.
Zambia
Six-Day Private Journey
A six-day programme across Zambia and Botswana for seventy guests arriving by private aircraft, with a five-star resort reserved exclusively.
The project was delivered in collaboration with an international team of event organisers, coordinating complex logistics for guests, production teams, and artists across multiple locations.
The experience included helicopter flights over Victoria Falls, private safaris, and river activities, dinners in different locations and all managed across different schedules and groups.
Evenings were delivered in remote locations with full technical production, combining local and international performers. The scale required continuous coordination across logistics, transport, security, and production teams.
